At ECAT, we believe in a partnership founded on mutual benefit. Our pricing strategy is straightforward: where your return on investment (ROI) is at the forefront of our considerations. Simply put, if we don’t foresee a return for you, we won’t proceed. It’s not about making a quick sale; it’s about forging long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual benefit.

ECAT understands the value of real-time data on the status of cleaning operations. Our operative user license provides your cleaning teams with a comprehensive list of tasks and duties they need to complete, tailored to specific rooms and categorised into scheduled cleanings such as daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Additionally, our proof of presence feature allows management to analyse the standard of cleaning and the duration each cleaner takes to complete their tasks.

We recognise that having an idea of pricing is essential in your buying journey. Our pricing model is designed with these principles in mind. It comprises two main components: a setup fee and a license fee.

The setup fee is included with purchases of 5 or more user licenses.

As for the license fee, we’re committed to keeping it accessible and predictable. We offer full user licenses at a competitive rate, capped at a maximum of £35 per month (please note that scale brings discounts, and other pricing models can be discussed).

This license grants unrestricted access to our entire suite of functionalities, empowering your team to leverage our platform to its fullest extent. Typical full licenses are used by Regional, Area and Site Managers, we recognise that not all users require full user licenses and this is taken into account. 

We believe this approach strikes the perfect balance between providing value-driven solutions and transparency in pricing, ultimately fostering a partnership built on trust and mutual success.



Implementing digital audit software is crucial for enhancing efficiency and compliance. It requires understanding and planning. We provide ongoing support to minimise disruption and maximise value.

Step 1: Project Scope

Define goals and objectives including identifying the benefits and
problems ECAT will solve.

Step 2: Project Team

Identify key Client personnel for success and assign roles and responsibilities, including Client Project Manager.

Step 3: Timeline Milestones

Agree key milestones dates, whilst considering implementation activities, dependencies and critical path activities to ensure a smooth flow.

Step 4: Data Sharing

Client to share: The hierarchy for their auditing requirements.

Step 5: Audit Creation

After receiving the data ECAT will carry out validation checks and create audits in the agreed format. Timescales depend on complexity.

Step 6: Client Validation

ECAT will demo the new audits to the Client project team. The  Client team will then be given access to carry out further tests.

Step 7: Phased Rollout

A Client pilot group will be given access to identify and resolve any issues before full rollout. This approach allows the Client to  develop in-house champions to help manage the change.

Step 8: Training and Education

General and specialised training sessions will be provided. Multiple sessions are available to ensure all employees can attend, and additional training can be provided for those who need it.

Step 9: Monitor and Evaluate

The ECAT Team will monitor the implementation process and evaluate its progress. We will work with the project team to make
adjusts according to feedback from end users.

Step 10: Ongoing Support

The ECAT support team will continue to assist users after implementation as needed. Users can contact our helpdesk to address any questions or issues that arise.
