All data is stored in Microsoft Azure’s data centres in Dublin, Ireland. They are one of the world’s leading providers of managed cloud solutions.
Anyone who will be actively administrating ECAT, i.e. those who will be creating reviews, audits, inspections or checklists, generating email alerts and running reports. Users do not need any IT expertise. Just a reasonable understanding of excel.
Our support team are available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 GMT via Skype, Email or Phone.
The ECAT app is available from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store, just search ‘ECAT’. We currently do not support Blackberry or Windows devices.
No, you only need internet connectivity when submitting an audit or updating your device. You can conduct as many checks, inspections, reviews or audits as you like offline. All data is saved to your device, so even if you take a call or your battery fails, your reviews are safe.
Anyone can receive an automated email alert to be notified that there is an issue. This alert will include the location of the issue, what the issue is, a picture of the issue and the date by which it needs to be resolved.
